Service Use

SMS Program Terms

By consenting through the Get a Quote Form or VOOP VoIP Customer Agreement, you agree to:

• Receive account updates, billing alerts, and promotional messages.

• Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for support.

Payments and Billing

• Service fees are billed monthly or as agreed upon.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

• No refunds are issued for partially used billing cycles.

Limitations of Liability

• VOOP VoIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in dispute.

Changes to Terms
